1. Scope and contracting party
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made directly from FlySys d.o.o. through flysys.eu and the use of FlySys applications and devices, as applicable. Full company and contact details are available under Company information.
FlySys d.o.o. acts as the seller for direct website purchases, the provider of its applications and, where identified in the product documentation, the manufacturer of its devices. These Terms and Conditions identify the documents applicable to each of those relationships. They do not replace the detailed provisions in those documents.
For purchases through another retailer or an application store, the purchase contract and platform terms govern that transaction. The FlySys Terms of sale, Preorder notice and Withdrawal and returns terms do not replace that seller's obligations. Applicable FlySys application terms, device safety instructions and manufacturer guarantee terms remain relevant within their respective scope, even where no purchase is made directly from FlySys.
2. Applicable documents and acceptance
The following documents form part of the applicable contractual arrangements with FlySys within the scope described below. By selecting “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” at website checkout, you accept these Terms and Conditions and those documents as applicable to your purchase and any associated application or device use:
- Terms of sale: the purchase contract, prices, payment, delivery and the rights and obligations relating to a direct purchase through flysys.eu.
- Preorder notice: advance payment, expected delivery and other provisions specific to items expressly sold as preorders. These provisions apply only to preorder items.
