1. Covered product
This guarantee covers FlySys Duo devices supplied by FlySys or its authorised retailers. The model and serial number on the device, together with the purchase and delivery records, identify the covered product. Keep these records with this guarantee.
2. Duration and territory
The guarantee lasts for 12 months from delivery to the customer. It applies in every country to which FlySys or an authorised retailer lawfully supplied the device. A longer mandatory guarantee period, or a more favourable guarantee expressly included with your purchase, takes precedence.
FlySys guarantees that the device will meet its agreed specifications and function properly during this period when used in accordance with its instructions. Covered defects in the built-in battery are included; ordinary gradual capacity loss from normal ageing and use is not a defect by itself.
3. Requesting service
Contact info@flysys.eu. Describe the fault and provide the device identifier and available proof of purchase or delivery. We will explain how to submit the device for inspection. No special claim form or original packaging is required.
Use protective packaging. Contact us before shipping a swollen, leaking, overheating, or mechanically damaged battery so that safe transport can be arranged. An ordinary parcel label must not be used where dangerous-goods rules prohibit that shipment.
For a valid guarantee claim, FlySys bears the necessary inspection, material, spare-part, labour and transport costs. We will not carry out chargeable work outside coverage without first giving you the price or estimate and obtaining your agreement.
