No advertising cookies
The cookies and local storage below support services you request, such as signing in or adding products to your cart. We do not ask for consent to these essential functions. Our optional self-hosted analytics is described separately below.
What we store
Your account
Cookieflysys_customerKeeps you signed in and lets you securely access your profile and orders. It is set when you sign in or verify your account, rather than simply visit the website.

- Up to 30 days, depending on the sign-in flow. Some flows use a session cookie instead. Signing out removes the sign-in cookie. Your browser may restore session cookies when restoring a session.
Your shopping cart
Local storageflysys-cartRemembers the products, quantities and checkout choices in your cart so you can continue shopping as you move between pages or return to the site.

- No automatic expiry. The saved cart is updated as you shop and remains in this browser until it is cleared or replaced. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Returning visitors may have an older cart entry named flysys-duo-cart. When it is migrated to the current cart format, the older entry is removed.
Self-hosted website analytics
Only with your permission, and when enabled by FlySys, we use Umami on our own infrastructure to understand visits to public pages. Our integration does not set analytics cookies or save analytics identifiers in your browser. It records the public page path, referring website, browser and device information, language and screen size. Umami processes the connection IP address to derive a session identifier and approximate location; the raw IP address is not stored in the analytics database.
We exclude sign-in, account, cart and checkout pages, URL query parameters and fragments, form contents and user IDs. Data is stored in our own PostgreSQL instance, not sent to Umami Cloud or advertising services. Our integration respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals when your browser provides them.
Your choice is stored by FlySys in this browser under flysys-analytics-consentfor 180 days. This preference contains no visitor identifier. When it expires, analytics stays off until you allow it again. Clearing site data also resets your choice. Analytics records remain until we delete them; no automatic expiry is currently configured. Turning analytics off stops future collection; it does not erase earlier visits.

Off by default. If you allow it, we measure visits to public pages to improve the website. You can change your choice here at any time.

You stay in control
Sign out to remove the sign-in cookie. To remove saved cart data as well, open your browser settings and clear cookies and site data for flysys.eu and api.flysys.eu. You can also block storage in your browser, but signing in and saving your cart may then stop working.
Clearing browser data does not delete your FlySys account or existing orders. If you follow a link to an external service, its own privacy and cookie information applies there.
