1. Right to withdraw

You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To notify us, select the return option in your order account or email info@flysys.eu.

2. Returning the goods

Send the goods to FlySys d.o.o., Tupaliče 142, 4205 Preddvor, Slovenia within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch them within that period. You arrange and pay for the return shipping for a change-of-mind withdrawal.

Pack the goods securely and return all supplied parts and accessories. We may claim a reduction in value where permitted by law if the goods are damaged or items are missing.

If a battery is swollen, leaking, overheating or otherwise unsafe, email info@flysys.eu before shipping it so we can provide safe transport instructions.

3. Refunds

We will process your refund without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires us to refund them.

4. Inspection and reduction in value

You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If you handle or use them beyond what is necessary for that purpose, you are responsible for any resulting reduction in value where permitted by law.

We will inspect returned goods, including their condition and supplied components. A crash, damage, modifications or missing components may reduce their value. We will assess any reduction individually and explain the amount.
