The data controller is FlySys d.o.o.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the FlySys Vario desktop application, also distributed as FlySys Desktop, provided by FlySys d.o.o. The website and Android application have separate privacy policies.

4. Personal data
The application connects to your FlySys Duo through USB or Bluetooth. It processes device identifiers, device names, firmware information, settings, calibration results and telemetry to display measurements and configure your device. This information is processed locally and exchanged with your connected device; the application does not upload telemetry to FlySys servers.
Preferences, tone profiles and connection settings may be stored on your computer. If you choose to remember a Bluetooth device password, it is stored using operating-system-backed encryption when secure storage is available. Exported files are saved to a location you choose and remain under your control.
5. Internet connections
Checking for and downloading device firmware contacts GitLab and the download infrastructure hosting the release files. These services receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and the requested URL, and may retain technical access logs under their own policies. We use these requests to provide firmware information and downloads, not to upload your flight telemetry.
If you open a website or contact support, the website operator or email provider processes that interaction separately. Information you voluntarily send to info@flysys.eu is used to respond to your request.
