Withdrawal and returns

This policy applies to consumer distance purchases directly from FlySys d.o.o. It forms part of the Terms of Sale. Mandatory rights that provide greater protection remain unaffected.

1. Your right to withdraw

You may notify us that you withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient (other than the carrier) receives the goods. For a single order delivered separately, the applicable period normally begins with receipt of the last goods. You can also notify us before delivery. Stronger mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

Send an unambiguous statement to info@flysys.eu or FlySys d.o.o., Tupaliče 142, 4205 Preddvor, Slovenia. You may use the model below but it is optional. Sending notice within the deadline is sufficient; do not wait for a return authorisation to exercise your right.

2. Returning the goods

Return the goods to FlySys d.o.o., Tupaliče 142, 4205 Preddvor, Slovenia within 14 days after notifying us, unless we arrange collection. For an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. This does not apply where mandatory law or our agreement requires us to bear the cost. We do not charge a fixed restocking fee. We do not deduct payment-processing fees or a percentage cancellation charge from statutory withdrawal refunds. For a valid defect/conformity remedy, the applicable necessary return costs are our responsibility.

3. Refunds

We refund the amounts required by law, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery we offered, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without extra fees. We do not replace a monetary refund with compulsory store credit.

4. Handling and safe return

You may inspect the item as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Use beyond that, such as an actual flight, may cause a legally assessable reduction in value; it does not automatically extinguish withdrawal. Original packaging is helpful but not an absolute condition. Any deduction must have a lawful basis and be explained. These rules do not restrict claims for defects.

Do not post a swollen, leaking, overheating or otherwise damaged battery using an ordinary return label. Contact us for safe transport instructions; doing so does not remove your withdrawal or conformity rights.
