FlySys Duo preorder notice

FlySys Duo is available to preorder for delivery at a later date. It is not currently offered as immediately available stock.

Before placing your order, review the product specification, compatibility, items included, total price, shipping destination and the delivery window shown at checkout.

Payment

Payment: the full order total shown at checkout is payable when you place your preorder. This is an advance payment, not a deposit.

Preorder price

Price: EUR 199 for preorders compared with a planned regular price of EUR 299 after the preorder period, both expressed at 20% VAT for comparison only. The actual payable total uses the applicable tax treatment and disclosed shipping rate. The planned regular price is not a previous selling price. The price reduction is granted in consideration of advance payment; see the Terms of Sale for its treatment under applicable advance-payment rules.

Delivery

Estimated delivery: November 2026. In the event of a high volume of orders, delivery may be extended, but no later than 28 February 2027. These dates mean receipt by you, not merely dispatch. We notify you of an expected extension without undue delay. The dates are shown before payment and included in your order confirmation; statutory late-delivery rights remain unaffected.

We will tell you about material delays and explain your options. We will not treat silence as agreement to an unlimited delay or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cannot supply the agreed product, we will refund the amounts owed rather than impose store credit.

Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund, including shipping, by contacting info@flysys.eu. No cancellation or payment-processing fee is deducted. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days, or sooner where required by law. See the Terms of Sale for payment-method and applicable advance-payment interest provisions.

Statutory rights to withdraw from an eligible consumer distance purchase and remedies for delayed delivery or non-conformity remain unaffected. A preorder does not, by itself, make a standard device a custom-made item or remove statutory withdrawal rights.
